Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA), Dunajska cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana has, within the framework of the assessment of the concentration of the companies ISKRA, elektro in sistemske rešitve, d. o. o., Stegne 21, 1000 Ljubljana (Iskra), and ASIST avtomatizacija sistemi d. o. o., Cesta Ljubljanske brigade 23A, 1000 Ljubljana (Asist), on the basis of the first paragraph of Article 75 of the Act on the Prevention of Restrictions of Competition (ZPOmK-2), received a proposal for corrective measures, which are intended to eliminate the suspicion that the concentration of Iskra/Asist is in compliance with the competition rules. The proposal for corrective measures with the annex is available at the link.

The ZPOmK-2, paragraph 2, of Article 75, stipulates that SCPA shall adopt those corrective measures which it considers to be capable of eliminating serious suspicions of the compliance of the concentration with the competition rules, given their nature, scope and likelihood of successful and timely implementation. In order to verify the adequacy of the submitted corrective measures and to ensure transparency and successful consultation with third parties, SCPA decided to conduct a market test of the submitted corrective measures.

All interested participants in the ITS systems ("Intelligent Transport Systems") market for road transport in the Republic of Slovenia are requested to submit to SCPA:
