ECN  (European Competition Network)   

SCPA cooperates with the European Commission and the national competition authorities of the Member States of the European Union within the framework of the European Competition Network (ECN).

The ECN connects the European Commission and the competition authorities of all 27 EU Member States and was established as a forum for cooperation in the direct implementation of Articles 101 and 102 Treaty on the Functioning of the EU (TFEU). The European Commission and the national competition authorities of individual EU Member States cooperate within the ECN mainly in discussions on issues of common interest, in the exchange of information on individual cases and envisaged decisions, in the coordination of joint investigations, the exchange of evidence and other information and in discussions on issues of common interest.

SCPA also participates in the operational working groups of the ECN in addressing specific problems in individual sectors (banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, trade, professional services, energy, telecommunications, healthcare, environment).
