On November 5, 2026, Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) issued a decision finding that the concentration of the undertakings PRVA CAP d. o. o., Specialni investicijski sklad, k. d., located at Fajfarjeva ulica 33, 1000 Ljubljana, and ASCALAB, informacijske rešitve in razvoj, d. o. o., located at Legatova ulica 2B, 1000 Ljubljana, is not subject to the provisions of the Prevention of Restriction of Competition Act (ZPOmK-2).
