By a decision dated 21 September 2026, Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) does not oppose the concentration involving the acquisition of control by the company ISKRA, elektro in sistemske rešitve, d. o. o. (Stegne 21, 1000 Ljubljana), over the company ASIST avtomatizacija sistemov d. o. o. (Cesta Ljubljanske brigade 23A, 1000 Ljubljana), and declares that the concentration is compatible with competition rules, provided that the corrective measures or commitments set out in Point 2 of the operative part of this decision are fulfilled.
