Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) does not object to the concentration involving the company VOC Ekologija, urejanje okolja d. o. o. (Lava 42, 3000 Celje) and a part of the company ALOS RE, trgovanje z lastnimi nepremičninami, d. o. o. (Šmartinska cesta 130, 1000 Ljubljana) - specifically, the assets comprising commercial real estate at 13 different locations (namely, shopping centers in Mengeš, Ljutomer, Stranje, Grosuplje, Komen, Moste, Vojnik, Muta, Žalec, Domžale, Celje Nova Vas, and Metka and Bakovnik centers in Kamnik), along with the associated lease agreements, other contracts, and bills of exchange - and declares that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
