On 13 August 2026, the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) issued a decision stating that it does not object to the concentration of the undertakings VETO d.o.o. (Brnčičeva ulica 25, 1231 Ljubljana – Črnuče) and TERMOTEHNIKA d.o.o. (Pod Trško goro 83, 8000 Novo mesto) and declaring that the concentration is in accordance with competition rules.
