Slovenian Competition Protection Agency on 2 September 2026 issued a decision stating that it does not object to the acquisition of sole control by the company HOLDING SLOVENSKE ELEKTRARNE (HSE) d. o. o., Koprska ulica 92, 1000 Ljubljana, over the company HIDROELEKTRARNE NA SPODNJI SAVI (HESS), d. o. o., Cesta bratov Cerjakov 33A, 8250 Brežice, and declaring that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
