On 27 July 2026, the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) issued a decision declaring that it does not object to the concentration of the undertakings MS INVEST družba za investiranje d. o. o., Leskoškova cesta 6, 1000 Ljubljana, and AUDAX medicinska informatika d. o. o., Tehnološki park 18, 1000 Ljubljana, and stating that the concentration is in accordance with competition rules.
