On 26 August 2026, the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency issued a decision stating that it does not object to the concentration involving Advance Capital Partners d.d., specialni investicijski sklad, k.d. (Dalmatinova ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana) and the companies WOOP!, zabaviščni parki, d.o.o. (Leskoškova cesta 2, 1000 Ljubljana) and WOOP! Funpark Graz GmbH (Weblinger Gurtel 25, 8054 Graz, Austria), and declared that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
