(Marijana Čavića 1, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia) over TC1AS Invest, trgovanje z nepremičninami, d. o. o. (Verovškova ulica 55A, 1000 Ljubljana), and declaring the concentration compatible with competition rules.
