Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) has on September 2nd 2026 issued a decision stating that it does not object to the acquisition of sole control by Fortenova Grupa d. d. (Marijana Čavića 1, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia) over the company TC III MS, trgovanje z nepremičninami, d. o. o. (Rožna dolina, cesta XVII 24C, 1000 Ljubljana), and declaring that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
