Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) does not object to the proposed concentration involving the acquisition of sole control by Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, Austria) over Addiko Bank AG (Canettistraße 5/12, OG, 1100 Vienna, Austria) and declares that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
