Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) does not object to the concentration of the company KLEMEN TRANSPORT, transport of goods, Klemen Piškur s. p., Gorenjska cesta 9, 1234 Mengeš, over part of the company ALOS RE, trading with its own real estate, d. o. o. Šmartinska cesta 130, 1000 Ljubljana, i.e. over assets that in nature represent the logistics center Celje, (12 real estate properties in the cadastral municipality Spodnja Hudinja), together with the associated lease agreements, other contracts and bills of exchange, and declares that the concentration is in compliance with competition rules.
