On 21 September 2026, Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) issued a decision declaring that it does not object to the acquisition of joint control by Advance Capital Partners d. d., specialni investicijski sklad, k. d. (Dalmatinova ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana) and ASEF Holdco SARL (8 Rue Lou Hemmer, 1748 Senningerberg, Luxembourg) over the companies ADRIA DENTAL GROUP d. o. o. (Ulica Josipa Marohnića 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia) and ADGSLOIT d. o. o. (Ilica 1a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia), and stating that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
