Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) has on September 28th issued a decision stating that it does not object to the acquisition of joint control by JR Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. (Mökriach 30, 9141 Eberndorf, Austria) and GRAEMIUM Invest GmbH (Mökriach 30, 9141 Eberndorf, Austria) over RUTAR GROUP GmbH (Eisenkappler Straße 10, 9141 Eberndorf, Austria), and declaring that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
