On 27 July 2026, the Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) issued a decision stating that it does not object to the concentration of the undertakings DOLENJSKI LIST Novo mesto, d.o.o. (a newspaper publishing company based at Ljubljanska cesta 26, 8000 Novo mesto) and SALOMON d.o.o. (a company for the employment of persons with disabilities, manufacturing, intermediation, and services based at Vevška cesta 52, 1260 Ljubljana - Polje), and declaring that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
