Slovenian Competition Protection Agency (SCPA) on the concentration of the acquisition of exclusive control by the company NOMAGO, mobility and travel services, d. o. o., Vošnjakova ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana, over the assets of the company AVTOBUSNA POSTAJA LJUBLJANA d. d., Trg Osvobodilne fronte 4, 1000 Ljubljana, namely (a) real estate: (i) business premises of the company APL at the address Trga Osvobodilne fronte 13a, 1000 Ljubljana with ID code: individual part of the building 1737-105-246 and (ii) building land owned by the company APL, at the address Vilharjeva cesta NN, 1000 Ljubljana, consisting of plots with ID codes: plot 2636-1851/5, plot 2636-1851/6, plot 2636-1851/7 and plot 2636-1851/4 and (b) all tangible and intangible assets functionally related to the activity, employees related to this activity and rights and obligations from contracts that are transferred by law or that the contracting parties have specifically designated as transferred contracts, does not object and declares that the concentration is compatible with competition rules.
