The European Commission has launched a call for stakeholder's views on measures to tackle unjustified territorial supply constraints (TSCs) in the EU Single Market.
The collected contributions aim to better understand the extent of these practices and to assess whether additional policy or legislative measures are needed, as existing competition law rules do not always fully cover these cases.
Stakeholder contributions will be used as a basis for the preparation of possible further measures at EU level.
